Water Financial Plan and Rate Studies

Under  Ontario Regulation 453/07, the City of St. Thomas is required to provide an Financial Plan specific for existing water systems.  It has also undertaken a rate study to determine water rates for an eleven year period, to ensure the water systems and recovery of those costs through rates are sufficient to fund the operational, maintenance, administrative, rehabilitation and renewal cost of the Water system.
