Customer Service

The City of St. Thomas Customer Service team is here to help residents get the information they need, access City services and report issues or concerns.

Our team can answer questions about City programs and services, connect residents with the appropriate department and create service requests when follow-up is required.

The Customer Service Division is part of the City Clerk’s Department.
