The City of St. Thomas is excited to invite residents to the 2026 Mayor’s Winter Levee, hosted by Mayor Joe Preston, Members of Council, and representatives from the City Leadership Team. This event is a wonderful opportunity to meet your local leaders face-to-face, reflect on the accomplishments of the past year, and learn about plans and priorities for the upcoming year.

Location: Horton Farmer’s Market (10 Manitoba St, St. Thomas, ON N5P 3A2)
Guests can enjoy light refreshments from market vendors (while supplies last).
Attendees are encouraged to bring their questions, comments, and ideas to share with City Council and staff.
