Note: The City of St. Thomas and Elgin County CMSM is limited to 10 percent of CWELCC funded operators being For-Profit operators and therefore any future For-Profits Child Care Operators will require a business case and scoring by the CMSM. Once the 10 percent of CWELCC funding threshold has been met for For-Profit operators no more CWELCC funds will be allocated to CWELCC For-Profit Child Care Programs.
