Recreation Subsidies

The City of St. Thomas is committed to making recreation accessible to all residents. While the City does not currently offer municipal subsidies for recreation programs, camps, or aquatics, we proudly partner with community organizations to support families in need.

Acti-i-Pass (Grade 5 Children)

In partnership with Acti-i-Pass, the City of St. Thomas offers free access to select recreation programs and facilities for children in Grade 5 during the school year. The Acti-i-Pass provides access to a variety of free physical activity opportunities at recreation centres, arenas, pools, and other community locations.

Who is eligible?

Children currently enrolled in Grade 5 in St. Thomas are eligible to apply for the Acti-i-Pass.

How to register:

Visit the Acti-i-Pass Website to learn more or apply. Passes are distributed through local schools in collaboration with the Middlesex-London Health Unit.
