City of St. Thomas Stormwater Management Master Plan
The City of St Thomas is updating the Stormwater Management Master Plan to develop a long-term plan for the effective management of stormwater (rain) runoff. The plan will:
- Address infrastructure issues in the context of climate change and future development.
- Create stormwater management policy and guidelines
- Identify and prioritize identified works, and,
- Form part of the overall asset management program.
We invite members of the public to attend the Public Open House or contact City staff directly with comments or questions.
Public Open House
Interested parties are invited to participate in the Public Open House on Monday, March 30, 2026. This will be an opportunity to provide your feedback on the preferred stormwater management strategy for the City of St Thomas.
The purpose of the Public Open House is to:
- Share work completed to date,
- Present the preferred stormwater management solutions,
- Share information to support the capital implementation plan,
- Answer questions and collect feedback.
