UPDATE: Boil Water Advisory Rescinded – July 13, 2025

UPDATE: The Boil Water Advisory issued on July 11, 2025 for specific areas of the City of St. Thomas has been officially rescinded by Southwestern Public Health.

Following a series of water quality tests, all results have returned satisfactory, confirming the safety of the water supply.

Residents in the following areas are no longer required to boil their water:

East Avenue, Chester Street, West Avenue, Devonshire Place, Balflour Street, Ada Street, Parkside Drive, Bell Drive, Henry Street, Glenbanner Street, Willow Street, Wilson Avenue (#2–193), Bush Line (40359), Elm Street (#25–80), Palm Street (#4–17), Sunset Drive (#126–188), and Pinafore Park.

As a precaution, residents are advised to:

  • Run cold water taps for 5 minutes to flush household plumbing.
