The Smith and Forest Avenue Reconstruction project has been prioritized to address replacement of watermain and sanitary sewer and the new construction of storm sewer, wider sidewalks, curb and gutter and new asphalt driving surface. The proposed design follow's the City's Complete Street Guidelines to make the street accessible for roadway users of all ages and abilities.
