Mayor Preston, members of St. Thomas City Council, and City staff gathered to mark the groundbreaking of the new St. Thomas Animal Services Centre. They were joined by former Councillor Joan Rymal, A+Link Architecture Inc., Tonda Construction, and members of the public to celebrate this milestone.
