Fairview Avenue Rehabilitation and Bridge Removal - Warehouse Street to Talbot Street

Work on Fairview Avenue from Talbot Street to Warehouse Street will begin on Monday June 16th and will continue until late fall.  To safely complete the project, Fairview Avenue and Burwell Road will be closed and traffic will be detoured around the construction zone; alternate routes are available for your convenience.  Talbot Street and accesses to local businesses will remain open during construction, with lane restrictions to accommodate the work.

The Fairview Avenue Rehabilitation and Bridge Removal project has been prioritized to address the poor condition of the bridge crossing CASO, renew aging underground infrastructure, enhance intersection safety, and improve drainage in the area.
