MTO Seeking Public Feedback on Highway 3 St. Thomas to Aylmer Study

The Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is undertaking a planning, preliminary design and Class Environmental Assessment Study for Highway 3 between St. Thomas and Aylmer.
As part of the study, MTO is holding its first Public Information Centre (PIC) on August 26, 2026, in Aylmer. The drop-in session will provide an opportunity for the public to learn more about the study, review existing conditions and potential route planning alternatives, and provide feedback on the proposed evaluation criteria.
The City of St. Thomas is sharing this notice on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation to help ensure residents are aware of this public consultation opportunity.
