City Officals Attend FCM Conference in Ottawa

ST. THOMAS, ONTARIO – Mayor Joe Preston and City Manager Lisa Higgs attended the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Annual Conference and Trade Show in Ottawa from May 29 to June 1, joining more than 1,500 municipal leaders from across the country.

This year’s conference, themed “Stronger, Together: Local Strength, National Prosperity," focused on the critical role municipalities play in driving national priorities, including affordable housing, infrastructure renewal, and public safety.
