St. Thomas-Elgin Social Services building, 230 Talbot Street

Those accessing services at Social Services are strongly encouraged to use email, text, or telephone during regular office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please use the drop box located in the front of the building, to drop off paperwork.  It is checked several times a daily.

There is a telephone located in the front doors of the building. It is available to contact staff, if you do not have access to telephone, fax or email. 

If there is an emergency or essential paperwork that needs to be completed, an appointment is necessary.  Please contact your worker.

Cheques can be picked up on May 31, 2021 between the hours of 11 am and 3 pm.  Rent payments will also be accepted at this time.

Please note that face masks are required.
