Meehan Street and Dieppe Drive Construction
The Meehan Street and Dieppe Drive Reconstruction project has been prioritized to address aging infrastructure. The scope of the project includes replacement of watermain, replacement of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, curb and gutter, and asphalt driving surface. A new sidewalk is being added to the west side of Meehan Street to improve sidewalk connectivity. The proposed design follows the City's Complete Street Guidelines to make the street accessible for roadway users of all ages and abilities.
Existing Conditions
This will be implemented by removal of the on-street parking on the east side of the road and slight narrowing of the road to facilitate the space of the new sidewalks.
