Electors on the Voters' List will be mailed a Voter Information Letter with instructions on how to vote.

In-Person Voting

On Voting Day, you may vote in person at one of the following locations from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.:

Elgin Mall, 417 Wellington Street
Fanshawe College, Room #121, West Door, 120 Bill Martyn Parkway
Elgin Business Resource Centre, Board Room, 300 South Edgeware Road
St. Thomas-Elgin Memorial Arena, Auditorium, 80 Wilson Avenue

Proxy Voting

Proxy voting is available for in-person voting, only. An eligible elector may appoint another eligible elector to act as his or her proxy to vote on his or her behalf in accordance with the Municipal Elections Act.
