Firefighter's Association - St. Thomas Professional
The St. Thomas Professional Firefighters Association is 55 members strong with members in Suppression, Prevention, Training, and Communications. We are dedicated to providing the community with excellent service and civic pride.
As an association we hold many activities to raise funds for MD and other local charities. We operate boot tolls, participate in the Christmas parade to collect food for the Food Bank and have a yearly dance with proceeds going to various good causes but the biggest event we provide for the citizens of St. Thomas is our Fire Muster every Labour Day weekend in Pinafore Park. The Muster is attended yearly by approximately 40 to 50,000 people over the course of the weekend.
Our Association executive consists of:
President: Warren Scott
Vice President: Daryl Smith
Sec. Treasurer: Derek Didyk
